How do I get involved?
We always have lots of opportunity to get homeowners involved, whether you are interested in a one-time smaller item or a larger or on-going involvement.  If you would like to get involved please feel free to call a board member directly or email the GVTA board at gvta50613@gmail.com

How do I provide feedback or share my ideas?
We always welcome feedback!  Please feel free to email any suggestions, comments, questions or concerns to GVTA board atgvta50613@gmail.com

Where can I get financial information about the GVTA?  Do we have a budget?
Contact the Property Manager at GVTA2.0@gmail.com for financial information.  Some information can be found on this site, while other information is kept in greater security with the property manager.

Why does our budget have a “Reserve Fund”?
We work to maintain a Reserves Account separate from our Expenses Account in order to ensure that major repairs or capital projects (e.g., roof replacement, concrete work, etc.) can be funded without having to resort to borrowing or special assessments on our homeowners.

Many mortgage lenders even require disclosure of our reserves account as they are aware that community associations may have unexpected or unanticipated bills.  They want to ensure that homeowners will not have an extra unexpected burden.  The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) requires the community association to disclose its reserve funds in its financial statements

How do I know what is allowed in the Association?
The board of directors has approved a list of “Approved Rules & Regulations”.   You can find a readable summary on this site under the icon “New Homeowners”.

What if I observe another homeowner not following the rules?
If you observe something you believe needs to be addressed, please email the GVTA Board at GVTA2.0@gmail.com and the grievance will be addressed at the next board meeting.  The board will follow up as deemed necessary.

Can we use the GVTA ponds?
All homeowners are welcome to enjoy the ponds, however, no swimming, boating or ice skating is allowed at any time.  The ponds are reserved for homeowner and guest use only and are not available for public use.  Please reference the “Approved Rules & Regulations” document in the “New Homeowners” section of this site.

Can I have a fire?
No fires are allowed at any time anywhere on the premises of the GVTA.  Please reference the “Approved Rules & Regulations” document on the “New Homeowners” section of this site.
