• Continued lawn & weed control and grass repair
• Establishment of a “Pond Pals” group to help keep our ponds clean and healthy
• Continued concrete repair as needed
• Continued planting of new trees as needed
• Establishment of a “support” list of skilled, affordable labor to help with deck work, more individualized snow removal and home projects not covered by Association dues.
