Greenhill Village Townhomes Association

Who We Are:
The Greenhill Village Townhomes Association (GVTA) is a nonprofit Iowa Corporation organized under Chapter 504, Iowa Code.  The ownership of the GVTA was transferred from the developer to the  homeowners in March 2012.

Responsibilities:
The GVTA is responsible for the managing all aspects of the 94 condo-style town houses located in Greenhill Village, Cedar Falls, Iowa.  These responsibilities include policy-making, governing, financial, and legal interests.

Membership:
A residential buyer’s membership in the GVTA Homeowners Association is a condition of purchase of a property within the development.

Please consider taking part in helping to build our social community, we are working to develop picnics, resource lists, and mutually beneficial projects on an ongoing basis.
