Greenhill Village Townhomes Association

Home

On behalf of the Board of Directors, we would like to formally welcome you to the GVTA Homeowners Association. We are pleased to have you as a member of our community and look forward to your residency.

About the Association

Established in 2012, the GVTA Homeowners Association is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors composed of fellow homeowners. Our primary mission is to ensure the long-term financial stability of the association, foster transparent communication, and preserve the aesthetic appeal and property values of our neighborhood.

Roles and Responsibilities

To maintain a high quality of life for all residents, the Board and homeowners share a set of mutual responsibilities:

  • The Board of Directors oversees governance, policy-making, property maintenance, financial management, and the protection of the association’s legal interests.
  • Homeowners are responsible for the timely payment of dues and adherence to the association’s established bylaws and governing articles.

Board of Directors

  • Kent Ratekin – President
  • Sara DeBerg – Vice President
  • Michael Llewellyn – Treasurer
  • Rachelle Wiersma – Secretary
  • Suzana Sumar – Member at large

Board members are elected for 3-year terms at annual meetings and upon vacancies to serve the remainder of a term.

Greenhill Village Townhomes Association board of directors meets monthly. An annual meeting is held each year on the second Monday in August for all unit owners to elect board members and have their voices heard. All unit owners are encouraged to attend.
